We offer delivery services through UPS and DHL.

To fulfill your order, please allow up to 24 hours for order processing before it is ready for fulfillment and handing over to the delivery provider. Delivery times are usually 3-7 business days, but there might be some delays due tounforeseencircumstances.

After an order has been processed in the checkout, cancellation is not possible.

If you received a damaged product or if we have sent an incorrect product, you must advertise the product as soon as possible and within 10 days after you discovered or should have detected the error.
